Failed Delivery
Where delivery cannot be completed because of incorrect or incomplete delivery information, access issues, failure to collect the order or another circumstance outside our control, the order may be returned to us.
Applicable return postage costs and a 25% restocking fee may be deducted from any refund.
If you ask us to resend the order, a redelivery charge will apply. The 25% restocking fee does not apply to reshipped orders.
Missing or Damaged Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us within 45 days of the order date.
If your order arrives damaged, please provide your order number and photographs or a short video showing the damage.
